I have seen so many cute printed backpacks lately, they're all over! I'm sure you all know by now I am a thrifty gal, so I figured I could make one myself! I actually really really loved how it turned out. And I even think I will feature it in my next outfit post :)
Things You'll Need:
-Backpack (I got mine at a thrift store!)
-Fabric
-Glue gun & glue
-Scissors
-Sharpie Pen
First: Trace the parts of the backpack in which you want the fabric to be. I chose ones that I thought would be best for this backpack, so it will most likely be different for other bags.
Next: Position the fabric to double check that it fits correctly. Then hot glue the fabric to backpack, I started to glue the corners first. I found that easiest :)
Glueing :)
Then: I traced and cut out the bigger section.
Lastly: I glued the big piece onto the backpack. Again starting with the corners.
And here is the finished product!! :) It only took about an hour or so, not too bad!
Let me know what you guys think. And send me a photo if you try it yourself!
(Remember to like on Bloglovin' too!)
I will try to get some backpacks in the shop soon too ;)
